| Message | Hello guys, This is the first time I've posted anything about my Z in this forum so I'll start with some backstory.
Bought a 93 Z Twin Turbo in October of 2010 about a month after turning 18 as I decided I liked Zs just as much as 240s. My plans were to restore the car close to a factory style with a few performance upgrades and for it to just be a fun street car.
However, this plan came to a screeching halt whenever I needed a new slave cylinder on my clutch and couldn't afford to go to local shops anymore. A friend of mine set me up with his buddy that runs a shop when he is not currently working at the local Cadillac dealer. Upon meeting Andy the discussion quickly became how I had to autocross the Z. I tried autocross and was instantly addicted so now every paycheck is what Z part can I buy.
Last fall we started the project of really getting it ready for this summer.
It's been a long process but well worth it.

First matter of business was to get some better exhaust I went with Z1 down and midpipes (here in Indiana we don't really have emissions) and Stillen Catback the whole system is 2.5"

I am a little paranoid about engine heat so I decided to buy the best cooling upgrades I could find to make sure the Z could handle any track day we throw at it with these 100 degree days in Indiana.

The shop I go to is all muscle cars (other than mine) so I always get made fun of... nothing like having ricer on your brand new Howe Radiator, thanks to WingZ for covering it up though!

To go with making extra power I wanted to cut weight as well. Thanks to Project LOWFATZ for a guide on how much everything weighs I think we've cut well over 150lbs out of the car with much more to go. One of the things I like the best is my new lightweight battery (It doesn't leak which the last owner of this car could have used letting battery acid drip all down the engine bay). I don't know if any of you guys have tried a braille battery before but it is a 11.5lbs battery and it packs enough punch for daily driving my Z!

And now for the shot everyone has been waiting for the big cluttered engine bay (man these things are tiny once you start putting aftermarket stuff in there)

The car runs on E85 which is powered by two walbro 255lph fuel pumps connected together with a Y Barb then to a -8an fitting welded onto the sending unit and then I have -8an fuel line running all the way up to the 1000cc top feed injector kit from WinFactory. The car uses the Zemulator for tuning and is currently using a modified E85 tune from WinFactory and running 16lbs of boost on the stock turbos.
The car is getting a Z1 twin disk clutch and Shaft Masters Driveshaft soon and then it will be seeing the scales and the dyno.
My Mod list is currently: Powertrix Ultra Lite Coilovers, WinFactory 1000cc injectors, Ash Massives V3 intercoolers with 2.5" piping, 2.5" downpipes, testpipes, catback, Ashspec DOOLZ intake with Selin Dual MAF translator, AMS 500 boost controller (recommended on yellow bullet and LS1Tech), & RobZ enlarged throttle bodies, Z1/Howe Radiator, Z1 Earl's oil cooler
